Whey Crisps Cooking Channel!

I have always been told that I am magnetic, so magnetic that food sticks right to me! I have captivating energy and a natural skill in the kitchen. Combining this with my obsession for nutrition and fitness along with my need for a community that compliments my multitasking hyperactive lifestyle is the basis for this blog.

I have an obsessive appetite for food. I cook and eat the foods I love, and use it for health and energy. People eat to live, I live to eat. After researching the internet for a support group, I conceded to the idea that I am just a healthy, energetic food-aholic with a touch of ADD, very blessed with an extreme amount of creativity. However, I was not blessed with the matching metabolism…fun loving, funny, charming, personality.. all sweet adjectives to re-iterate that without constant will power, a smart eye, and a calorie counter, I was always three minutes from the chunky “fun one” in the group. I don’t want anyone to think I am saying this in a negative light, I just simply had a vision of what my personal goals were for my physical being. I wanted to work out a moderate amount, eat the things I desire, and wear clothes I liked so I can do the job I LOVED!!! Looking fit was necessary to launch sales in the industry and I simply promised myself that I would stay true to my authentic self during the process.

A Jessipe is a recipe or food idea that has been easily infused, altered, or enhanced into something healthy for your body. Its a fakeout …shhhhh… they wont know the difference but their jeans will. I love to cook, but hate to run. I would feel so accomplished from jogging a mile, to realize that I had only burned off the four bites of a sandwich I had for lunch. I was a crazy dieter.. did them all… lost weight on them all..

I have maintained my weight now for years by changing up diets/programs/workouts with a consistent margin. High protein, clean, six meals a day is my secret.

You will learn more about this concept as we blog along together… I am not a fan of the word blog.. I prefer a more fun word like dish…Lets dish!! Im dishin about food. Whats on Jess’s dish?? so much better…. blog sounds like blah..

Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup crushed Whey Crisps
1 tablespoon water
2 large egg whites
4 (6-ounce) Tilapia fillets
3/4 teaspoon salt
