Bulge-Free Brownies
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (or 1 ½ cups cooked black beans)
3 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz package Mori Nu, extra firm lite tofu
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
½ cup unsweetened, non-dutched (unprocessed) cocoa
¾ cup chocolate Whey Crisps, crushed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Puree beans in a food processor. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and blend to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, use a fork to mix together the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and blend until creamy smooth.
Pour batter into an oiled 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt Topping
If you cheat and eat Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt- add Whey Crisps as your topping! At least it’ll be a high protein treat !
Whey Oatmeal
Ingredients:
Oatmeal- any variety, any flavor
Whey Crisps
Directions:
Make your favorite oatmeal according to package directions. Add in Whey Crisps and enjoy !
Whey Crisp Fried Shrimp
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour
6 Eggs
Oil (any will do)
2lb De-veined Pre-Cooked Shrimp
Whey Crisps
Directions:
Set up work stations. Beat the eggs in one bowl. Pour a reasonable amount of flour in the other. Crush Whey Crisps and set aside in another bowl.
Pour a reasonable amount of oil in a pot/wok/deep fryer and allow it to heat up. Test if it is hot enough by dropping a Whey Crisp in. If it floats, then you are good to go.
Put shrimp in flour (to remove moisture). Pat off the excess and dip into beaten eggs. Let the excess fall off–then dip into Whey Crisps. Repeat this for all shrimp.
Fry Whey Crisp Coated Shrimp until golden brown.

Whey Crisp Nuggets
Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (uncooked)
1 cup Whey Crisps Natural
Baked Beans (optional)
2 Eggs
1 tsp cottage cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 355°
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces (about 2 inches by 2 inches each)
Crack both eggs into bowl and beat thoroughly
Add in the cottage cheese (1 tsp doesn’t affect the taste much, if you like cottage cheese, add more!)
Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture
Coat chicken with Whey crisps!
Bake in oven for 20minutes, turn and continue to bake for another 20minutes until fully cooked
Serve with Baked Beans
Simple, yummy and most importantly (for me) HEALTHY!

Pecan Honey Bunch Chicken
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
2 1/2 cups Pecan Honey Bunches of Oats, finely crushed
1-1/2 cups smashed Whey Crisps Natural
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Beat eggs lightly in shallow dish or pie plate. Dip chicken in eggs, turning over to evenly coat both sides of each strip. Coat chicken with cereal/whey crisps. Place in two cookie sheets covered in cooking spray.
2. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Serve with honey mustard or bbq sauce.
