Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
-1 Can of Chicken Salad
-2table spoons of miracle whip (Not too much. Just enough to add a little taste.)
-Chopped Green Peppers

Mix these Ingredients together.

Place mix on a piece of whole wheat toast.

-Add some spinach leaves
-Add 2 pieces of a sliced apple
-Sprinkle Some Whey Crisps On top

Place other piece of toast on top and Enjoy!

Tuna Crisp Cakes

TUNACAKES 300x225 Tuna Crisp Cakes

Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna
3 eggs
3 oz cheddar cheese
1 scoop Whey Crisps
1/4 cup chopped celery
Dry onion, garlic, pepper and salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil or margarine

Directions:
Beat eggs in a bowl and crush Whey Crisps. Add Whey Crisps, cans of tuna, cheese, celery and spices to bowl.

Stir until mixed.

Heat skillet on high, add oil.

Pour mixture in skillet, forming 4 inch disks. Cook until browned on one side, flip and repeat!

Top with more cheese or anything else!

Macros per cake (makes 4):
230 calories : 4g carb/11g fat/30g protein

2)crush down the whey crisp a lil bit

3)crack a couple eggs beat em up

4)dip tenders in egg

5)then roll in whey crisps

6)bake till crispy, turn throughout baking

7)then toss in hot sauce(usually what ever is on sale)

8)dip em in light ranch= money$$$$

Whey Crips Pecan Crusted Catfish

Ingredients:
1 Egg
2 TBSP Honey Mustard
4 Catfish Fillets
1 Cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed Natural Whey Crisps

Directions:
Grind up the Pecans and Whey Crisps. In a separate bowl crack your egg and add honey mustard and mix. Drop your catfish fillets in the egg and honey mustard mix, cover each fillet. Next drop your fillets in to your ground up Pecan and Whey Crisp powder. Cover the catfish!

Now you can cook it a few different ways

1) Grill it. use a grilling basket and a medium heat. Hook for about 5 to 6 mins per side
2) Bake it. Set oven at about 400 to 450 degrees. 10 to 15 mins should do
3) Pan fry. use about 1/8″ of your preferred cooking oil. Medium/high heat cook 5 mins per side.

Nice high protein, healthy fat filled meal. Good Stuff

You can substitute the pecans for walnuts or whatever other nut you prefer. As well as the sauce.

This can be done with chicken as well.

Whey Crisp Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour
6 Eggs
Oil (any will do)
2lb De-veined Pre-Cooked Shrimp
Whey Crisps

Directions:
Set up work stations. Beat the eggs in one bowl. Pour a reasonable amount of flour in the other. Crush Whey Crisps and set aside in another bowl.

Pour a reasonable amount of oil in a pot/wok/deep fryer and allow it to heat up. Test if it is hot enough by dropping a Whey Crisp in. If it floats, then you are good to go.

Put shrimp in flour (to remove moisture). Pat off the excess and dip into beaten eggs. Let the excess fall off–then dip into Whey Crisps. Repeat this for all shrimp.

Fry Whey Crisp Coated Shrimp until golden brown.

Whey-Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients:
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crushed Whey Crisps
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
4 tilapia fillets (about 1 pound total)
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°.

In a shallow dish, combine the cheese with the paprika and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the fish with olive oil and dredge in the cheese mixture.

Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve the fish with the lemon wedges.

Breaded baked chicken

Ingredients:
2 c. crushed Whey Crisps Natural
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, halved & skinned
1/2 c. Omega butter, melted

Directions:
Combine Whey Crisps, cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in butter; then dredge in Whey Crisp mixture. Place in a lightly greased(olive oil) 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Yield: 6 servings

Whey Crisp Nuggets

Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (uncooked)
1 cup Whey Crisps Natural
Baked Beans (optional)
2 Eggs
1 tsp cottage cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 355°

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces (about 2 inches by 2 inches each)

Crack both eggs into bowl and beat thoroughly

Add in the cottage cheese (1 tsp doesn’t affect the taste much, if you like cottage cheese, add more!)

Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture

Coat chicken with Whey crisps!

Bake in oven for 20minutes, turn and continue to bake for another 20minutes until fully cooked

Serve with Baked Beans

Simple, yummy and most importantly (for me) HEALTHY!

Pecan Honey Bunch Chicken

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
2 1/2 cups Pecan Honey Bunches of Oats, finely crushed
1-1/2 cups smashed Whey Crisps Natural

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Beat eggs lightly in shallow dish or pie plate. Dip chicken in eggs, turning over to evenly coat both sides of each strip. Coat chicken with cereal/whey crisps. Place in two cookie sheets covered in cooking spray.

2. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

3. Serve with honey mustard or bbq sauce.
