Oatmeal Whey Protein Bars (No Bake)
THERE IS NO SPECIFIC AMOUNT FOR EACH IT’S PERSONAL PREFERENCE
Ingredients:
Natural peanut butter
Whey protein
Whey crisps
Oatmeal
Cinnamon
Add ins Optional
almonds
peanuts
dried fruits
Directions:
First you take the whey protein, the cinnamon, and the oatmeal and you mix them all together in a bowl.
Then crush up the whey crisps into smaller pieces, BUT leave them somewhat intact.
Then add in the whey crisps into the whey,c innamon, and oatmeal mix and mix evenly.
Then in a separate large bowl (I say large bowl, because you can then mix in the other bowl. It will save yourself a big mess) melt the peanut butter (usually around 45-130 seconds) depends on the amount. (Keep a close eye you don’t want it to burn the peanut butter)
Now mix it all together and put in on some tinfoil shape it and let dry! Then you have a delicious protein bar/bars.
