Potato Pancakes
Ingredients
4 cups Potatoes, shredded
1 scoop Whey Crisps, Natural
¼ cup All Purpose Flour
¼ cup Onions, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
¼ cup Butter
Directions
1. Mix shredded potatoes, Whey Crisps, flour, onion, salt and water.
2. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup batter into skillet for each pancake. Flatten each with a spatula into a pancake about 4 inches in diameter.
3. Cook pancakes about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Repeat with remaining batter. (Add remaining butter as needed to prevent sticking.)
*Note: Fat content can be reduced to less than 1g per serving by using a nonstick skillet or cooking spray instead of butter.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 16 pancakes (8 servings)
Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients:
2-3 strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Stevia to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt
whey crisps, natural
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Use on salads and garnish with additional strawberries to complete your fruit serving. Sprinkle whey crisps on top for an extra crunch!
Suggestion: on a bed of fresh spinach, add your allotted beef or chicken and top with sliced straw-berries. Serve with the dressing and top with whey crisps for an extra crunch!
Applesauce
Ingredients:
1 large red delicious apple, chopped
1/4 C. water
Dash of cinnamon
1 packet of Stevia
Whey Crisps, Natural
Directions:
Place apples, water and cinnamon in a small saucepan.
Cook until apples come to a boil. Add the Stevia and Whey Crisps then turn heat to a simmer. Cook covered until most of the water is gone, stirring every few minutes. Remove from heat, puree, adding additional water as necessary.

Exotic Rice Blend

Ingredients:
Exotic Rice Blend
Low sodium chicken broth
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow onion, chopped into big chunks
1 tsp fresh chopped Thyme
1 tbsp dried chives
sea salt to taste
Natural Whey crisps- 1 scoop
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a rice cooker – set to cook and enjoy

Guacamole
Ingredients
1 cup Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
2 medium avocados
½ tsp cumin
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp jalapeno, finely chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 scoop Whey Crisps Natural
* 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Slice avocado in half lengthwise. Remove pit and discard. Scoop out insides with large spoon and add to bowl. Roughly mash avocado with fork. Add Greek yogurt and remaining ingredients.
Mix until guacamole has desired texture, whether chunky or smooth. Add salt to taste. Kick up the heat by adding extra jalapeños. Serve with Pita chips or use as a spread on sandwiches.
Brown Rice
Ingredients:
1/2 can tuna in water
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 oz favorite cheese
1/4 scoop Whey Crisps Natural
Directions:
Scramble the egg & egg white then add in the cheese to melt. Add black pepper to taste. Mix scrambled egg and cheese into the brown rice with some Whey Crisps.
Whey Crisp Croutons
Instead of Croutons, use Whey Crisps for that extra crunch and protein content!
