Whey Crisp Blueberry Flax Explosion Bar
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Whey Crisps Natural
1 cup oatmeal (rolled)
4 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup blueberries (if you using frozen make sure they are thawed out)
2 tablespoons sugar (optional for added sweetness)
2/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons flax seed oil (or olive oil if you don’t have flax seed oil)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place oatmeal in a blender/food processor and make into a powder.
In large bowl, add all ingredients, except oil; mix thoroughly.
Line a baking pan with foil, and pour in the oil and spread on foiled surface evenly.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Let it cool all the way then portion into 6 bars or 8 really small ones.

Honey Protein Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
10 Tbsp honey (30 tsp)
2 cups oats
5-6 scoops whey crisps natural or chocolate
1 cup milk
Directions:
Just mix everything up in a bowl, put it in a cake pan and put in in the fridge.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar Treats
Ingredients:
4 cups whey crisps
10 oz bag marshmallows
3 Tablespoons dark choc peanut butter (from Peanut Butter & Co)
3 Tablespoons margarine
Directions:
Melt the marshmallows, margarine and dark chocolate peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl, stirring occasionally. Mix in the whey crisps. Stir to combine.
Press into a pan and let cool. Slice into bars.

Oatmeal Whey Protein Bars (No Bake)
THERE IS NO SPECIFIC AMOUNT FOR EACH IT’S PERSONAL PREFERENCE
Ingredients:
Natural peanut butter
Whey protein
Whey crisps
Oatmeal
Cinnamon
Add ins Optional
almonds
peanuts
dried fruits
Directions:
First you take the whey protein, the cinnamon, and the oatmeal and you mix them all together in a bowl.
Then crush up the whey crisps into smaller pieces, BUT leave them somewhat intact.
Then add in the whey crisps into the whey,c innamon, and oatmeal mix and mix evenly.
Then in a separate large bowl (I say large bowl, because you can then mix in the other bowl. It will save yourself a big mess) melt the peanut butter (usually around 45-130 seconds) depends on the amount. (Keep a close eye you don’t want it to burn the peanut butter)
Now mix it all together and put in on some tinfoil shape it and let dry! Then you have a delicious protein bar/bars.
