Ingredients
1/4 cup dry steel cut oatmeal
5 drops of liquid NuNaturals Stevia
cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 Scoop of Whey Crisps
Directions
Cook the oatmeal and then mix the rest together. I also eat 1 egg white and have an ice coffee with unsweetened almond milk and NuNaturals stevia drops.
