1/2 cup Truvia (or erythritol and 1/2 tsp stevia glycerite)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup natural Peanut Butter or almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups whey crisps
Combine the first 2 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil for 1 1/2 minutes. I then add the other three ingredients and mix until smooth. Place in a greased 9×9 pan, cool and enjoy! Optional: melt a Chocoperfection Bar with 2 TBS almond milk and swirl over the top. Makes 6 servings.
