Ingredients
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
3 ice cubes
8 oz of water
1 scoop of protein powder (sweetened with stevia)
1 Scoop of Whey Crisps
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
