Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
3 scoops chocolate whey crisps
1/2 cup sweetener of choice
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup or 1 container of pear sauce
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 egg whites
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well
Cook for 13 minutes and enjoy!
